Partnering for Success

The Connect Program launched in 2024 to create a unified effort to transform the I-290/Blue Line corridor.

Formed by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), and the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), the Connect Program coordinates across agencies to improve safety, accessibility, economic development, and infrastructure along the corridor.
